M.I.A
It has been well over 2 months since I last posted, but i have had so much going on that I have barely had 5 minutes to sit down and pay attention to my poor blog. I got myself a puppy and he has been taking up the majority of my time, but he's so cute. I turned a year older (not entirely happy about it, but it did bring lovely presents), that along with work, and my social life, my blog took a to the back seat. So from here on in I intend to focus on my blog a bit more, and make it a new years resolution to keep it up and make my blog better. In the last few weeks I visited my blog to change the name, and I am thinking hard about what I actually want to do with it, and no doubt I will want to change the name again before I focus entirely on it. I need to be 100% certain that I am happy with it.
Aside from my rambling, Christmas is coming up soon and I am really excited. My wish list goes on for what feels like miles! I can't wait for the new year as well. There is so much I want to do next year, so I'll be keeping my blog updated with all my adventures.

P.s. The grey Dalmatian vest I posted about here from Topshop Unique was bought for my birthday. I can't wait to post pictures of it!!

Dotty......Topshop Unique
I am really into thee Dalmation trend that is appearing at the moment. And I am in love with some pieces in the current Topshop Unique range....
I'm a big BIG fan of the entire collection as a whole it really works together, and there are some amazing pieces that you can dress up and down for versitile looks.
But my favourite pieces are these;
+ Dalmatian print faux ponyskin belt, £28 (pic 3)
+Tinsel prom dress, £250 (pic 6)
+Flock dog denim shorts, £65 (pic 9)
+Black whippet Jumper, £75 (pics 12&13)
+Grey 101 Dalmatian puppies T, £40 (pics 14&15)
That last one is SO cute and is most defintely my favourite!!!!
However after seeing the footage and pictures form the show in the last London Fashion Week I fell in love with the Fluffy Dalmatian print coat (above). It has not yet appeared in the stores, and unfortuately I doubt it ever will. And even if it did it would be highly unlikely I would be able to afford it (hint, birthday/chirstmas pressie anyone??). That was until the photo below passed my way, it's £45 and comes from PRIMARK of all places. It is mine when I find it!!!!
And finally.....
I love this as well, also from the Topshop Unique A/W2011 range. The dress is see-through aside from the velvet detailing. I love it.... £150.
Hope everyone had a wonderful weekend!!

London Fashion Week favourites.....Meadham Kirchhoff
It's fluffy, It's cute but stands out, It's pastel but overall it's fun. It can only be the Meadham Kirchhoff SS2012 show. This is really not my style but every now and then you need some fun in your life and its great when that fun is coming from your wardrobe.
The set up and staging of the show was brilliant, there were so many balloons and dancers, flitting there way throughout the center of the runway. Then there was the little girls in pastel ballet outfits and red ballet shoes. And that is aside from the clothes. This collection really does speak for itself so here are some of my favourite outfits from the show.
And I really want that cardigan with the eyes in the third picture!!!

London Fashion Week favourites.....Mary Katrantzou
I was amazed to see the footage of this show. Never one for normal, run of the mill prints, Mary Katrantzou has set the bar high with these beautiful creations. Each print is like a secret garden, the closer you look the more gems you find. From coral reef and fishes right down to jewels and flower. Inspired by nature and its life alongside mankind. It is like the viewer has zoomed in on a photograph to the point where All in vibrant, eye catching colours. The collection is so right and the detailing from the fold in the fabric and the bright but simple make-up and the shoes. Oh the shoes.
Along side the strong prints, which, in the case of the flowers used for example have been blown up so that it it is sometimes hard to recognise the flower in question, like zooming in on a photograph, sits the use of embellishment. Mary has put squashed cans to excellent use, sprayed to give that dirty silver/chrome look and them added to dresses to bring the 'mankind' influence back into the fold.
On a whole the show really excites me, even more so when I find focus on one or two of the dresses especially. They are a real work of genius and if I had the money I wouldn't question spending money on one, or two, or maybe even three....Here are some of my favourites;
Hope you love the collection as much as I do!!
